It's not too big, not too small, it's compact, but it has a lot of facilities, so I think it's a cheap airport to transfer to.

The food at this airport is simply amazing

I think it's very simple and beautiful, but I happened to be a little tired because the boarding process and the boarding gate of Skymark are opposite.Also, it's a little hot.

There is no problem for those who use airplanes with Skip, Touch & Go when using major domestic ANA / JAL, but if the procedure at the counter is required, it is a hassle to have to go through the boarding procedure on the 3rd floor. It is a minus point of the building. If the boarding check-in counter and the security checkpoint are not on the same floor, you will be impatient if you do not have enough time

Some restaurants are closed again to prevent corona virus, but product sales such as souvenir shops are generally lively. JAL allocates the security check transit time depending on the flight.

Your average airport. Good choices in restaurants though. I was unpleased when I saw that you need to pay to go on the observation deck.

Although getting a taxi from the airport to any location in downtown Naha does not cost a fortune, plus the monorail is the cheapest, fastest and easiest way to get around Naha city ... I recommend 👍

Very fast from airside to landside and vice versa. came to airport just 10min before boarding.

Doors close at 12pm, you will get kicked out on the street in the heat. NO nearby hotels are available, and staff barely talk english...

The airport is clean and the flow is smooth. The souvenir shops are also abundant and substantial, even with this.

Very poor experience , no any explanation or amendments after delayed flight. Which is a mess and I missed connecting flight due to this....

Nothing to eat airside. Only a shop called Soranchu that only accept credit cards and refuse contactless cards..

Avoid Vanilla air arrival at Okinawa at all costs. We waited an hour after getting our luggage at their satellite terminal terminal because shuttles come only once every ten minutes - nowhere near enough to reasonably handle one airplane arrival let alone if a second fight arrives at a similar time. No other way out of the terminal either since it's in a remote secure cargo location. Terrible experience.

A moderately small airport. Plenty of good choices for eating, however most do not stay open very late within the terminal. Even the longest lines don’t take more than 30 minutes to get through. The main issue I have is the A/C is not great given how humid and hot it gets on Okinawa. Otherwise, I don’t mind this facility.

The airport cafeteria is delicious and affordable.There are many souvenir shops, so you can be satisfied.

Domestic terminal is not open until 6 AM. My flight leaves at 7:10 AM and for some reason ANA didn’t allow me to do the online check in so I came earlier... now I am freezing waiting for 6 AM. Please add working hours.

On the way back, there are more than enough souvenirs at the airport shops. If you keep this in mind, you can fully explore Okinawa Island without worrying about souvenirs. There are many automatic check-in machines that allow you to check your own baggage, so you do not have to line up at the counter.

Dated terminal but it's rather convenient for everything you need out of a domestic terminal.Transportation is plentiful with monorail, buses, taxis and shuttle buses all available and clear signs pointing to them.Food court and souvenir shops line the second floor. While sit down restaurants are on the fourth floor.Elevators are quick, and there are many escalators available as well.The view of the tarmac from the fourth floor is great for children and adults alike. I can stand here for 30 minutes just to soak in the view and watch the air traffic.

It's like a tropical airport. Flowers are displayed here and there. There are many souvenir shops. The people working at the airport feel good and want to go again.

This is a report from the JAL side of Naha Airport.As of 2020.6.26There are two duty-free shops, and only one shop is open until 18:00. You can buy it tax-free even in Japan. The lounge was open.There are 3 shops, all of which are open, you can eat blue seal ice at all, but the flavor is different depending on the shop. We recommend shio chinsuko and red potatoes.Even if you don't go to Ishigaki Island, you can buy Lloyd's chocolate here. Then take a look at the picture.
